OUR AWARD WINNING MEZCAL AÑEJO ARTESANAL CAPTURES THE WOODEN, CARAMEL NOTES OF THE BOURBON CASKS WHERE IT IS CAREFULLY AGED FOR ONE YEAR. THIS MASTERFUL MEZCAL RETAINS THE FLAVOUR OF THE AGAVE & THE SMOKE WHILE THE AGEING PROCESS SOFTENS THE NOTES DELIVERED ON THE PALATE.

Our carefully selected Agave is cooked using the Artesanal method, fermented in wooden tanks, double distilled in copper stills and aged in Bourbon barrels for one year.
Fermentation happens naturally and no additives or colouring are used through any step of the process.
